Then, a several step process, which takes about an hour, includes:

	Meeting with the owner and pets to get to know them.
	Determining how many visits your pet will need.
	Reviewing insurance and bonding documentation.
	Leaving emergency and release information, vet information, & contacts in the event of your illness or death.
	Upon your return, you must call At-Home Pet Care to let them know you are home; otherwise, they will continueto care for your pets.
	Your keys are returned to you upon your return or can be kept in a safe along with other confidential client information
	They then check-in to ensure you and your pets are satisfied.
